pleasantly surprising room size

The room size was pleasantly surprising, as

it exceeded expectations compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. The shower was excellent, and the staff were attentive, although their English was limited. The nearby Hillvalley Coffee Lab was a nice discovery for coffee lovers, which made mornings enjoyable.

Positive, I can't rate this place highly enough. The laundry setup is super convenient, and the breakfast is worth every yen. Everything was fresh and clean, and the bed exceeded my expectations.

Great stay overall. The hotel is practically in the heart of Sendai, making it easy to explore the area. The underground parking is a convenient feature, though it has a height restriction of 2 meters. The room was clean and comfortable, and with many attractions like Parco 1 and 2 just minutes away on foot, we left our car parked and walked everywhere. Additionally, it was affordable for an overnight stay, and a few staff members spoke English, which enhanced the experience.

Great location near Sendai attractions.

I was disappointed by the check-in process. it felt chaotic and disorganized. The room was smaller than expected, and the view was obstructed by neighboring buildings. Additionally, the Wi-Fi situation was frustrating since it only connected through the TV, making it inconvenient to use during my stay.

Choosing this hotel provided convenience due to its proximity to Aobadori station, although the entrance was a bit tricky to find. The amenities in the lobby, including complimentary items like toothbrushes and moisturizers, were a nice touch.
