What a great spot! Super clean and spacious rooms made for a comfy stay. Plus, the location can't be beaten; it's just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by awesome restaurants and shopping. I also loved the tech in the room-it was so cool controlling everything with a touch pad! The staff were really accommodating, holding our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made our city trip stress-free.
On the flip side, I wish the coffee machine was available in the mornings, as we didn’t opt for breakfast.

I stayed here for two nights during a leisure trip and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for transit. The room was surprisingly spacious and designed smartly, allowing for easy unpacking of our luggage. I loved the dark room that ensured a good night's sleep, and the amenities were great, particularly the quality of the hairdryer. The staff was friendly and happy to store our bags before check-in and after checkout, ensuring a stress-free experience.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I was really let down by the lighting situation in my room. There was just one switch for all the lights, so it was either too bright or completely dark. I felt like I was fumbling around just to read!

The room was well laid out and new-fashioned, also it had smoke detectors. The location close to the city centre was excellent...
The bed of mine was quite hard.

The dark room allowed us to sleep peacefully, as the comfortable beds and well-designed space gave us more than enough room for our belongings. Proximity to attractions like Sendai City Museum and lovely Sakuraoka Daijingu made our family time special. The laundry facilities and delicious breakfast sealed the experience!

The room size was kinda surprising, as
It was so good compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. The shower was excellent, and the staff were attentive, although their English was limited. The nearby Hillvalley Coffee Lab was a nice discovery for coffee lovers, made mornings enjoyable.

Great stay overall. The hotel is practically in the heart of Sendai. The underground parking is a convenient feature, though it has a height restriction of 2 meters. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and with many attractions like Parco 1 and 2 just minutes away on foot, we left our car parked and walked everywhere. It was affordable for an overnight stay, and a few staff members spoke English, which enhanced the experience.

Great location near Sendai attractions.
I was disappointed by the check-in process. It felt chaotic and disorganized. The room was smaller than expected, and the view was obstructed by neighboring buildings. The Wi-Fi situation was frustrating since it only connected through the TV.

I had a great experience ringing in the New Year at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a 7-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping options. The friendly staff really made a difference, and I loved the daily free bottled water - super handy for our adventures.
Plus, it was a little frustrating when I was refused entry for breakfast because I was wearing bedroom slippers, which could’ve been better communicated.

I can't believe the value for money I got here; the room was not only spacious but also felt modern and comfortable. The location was super convenient, just a short stroll from the station, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could use a little more variety.
